Use voice commands
Hold 🌐 and start with a command instead of text: add a todo … files a to-do, start a timer for 5 minutes starts a countdown, Chat, … opens AI Chat with your message sent, and record new meeting starts the meeting recorder. Nothing is typed into the app in front. The full list is in Settings then Dictation.
Add to-dos

| add a todo <task> | New todo, auto-categorized from your category bios. |
| add a todo to <category> <task> | New todo in that named category. |
| add to today <task> | New todo in Today’s Todo. |
| add todos: X, Y, and Z | Several todos at once — the AI splits them, and can group steps as subtasks. |
Descriptions are the app’s own, from Settings then Dictation.
For example, hold 🌐 and say add a todo prep pricing slides for thursday. The pill confirms with “Todo Added”, and its “Add to...” chips move the new to-do into Today or This Week in one click. remind me to send Joe the revised proposal works too: anything that starts “remind me to” becomes a to-do.
Timers and stopwatches

| start a timer for 5 minutes | Starts a countdown pill — any duration (“90 seconds,” “an hour and a half”). |
| cancel timer | Stops and dismisses the running timer. |
| start stopwatch | Starts a count-up stopwatch pill. |
| stop stopwatch | Stops it, with the end animation. |
| cancel stopwatch | Dismisses the stopwatch immediately. |

Open AI Chat

| Chat, <your message> | Opens the AI chat window with your message sent — e.g. “Chat, draft a reply to my landlord.” Then keep chatting in the window. |
| Triple-tap 🌐 | Opens a fresh chat window, ready to type. |

Start a meeting recording
Say record new meeting or start recording. The pill confirms with “Recording meeting”, and the recording pill takes over from there. If a recording is already running, it says “Already recording”. Record a meeting →
