I spend my days on calls.

I built SwitchDesk so the follow-ups from those calls land in the same list as the to-dos I say out loud. It’s new, so there are no logos on this page. The changelog is the record instead.

Founder questions

More in Help →
What does it replace?
A dictation app, a meeting notetaker, a screen recorder and a to-do list. The receipt above shows what that costs today. See the full comparison →
Can my cofounder see my to-dos?
Yes, the categories you share. Share Fernhill and your cofounder sees its to-dos; Personal and Family stay private. Each person needs their own SwitchDesk account today. How sharing works →
Is there an iPhone app?
Not today. The iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store, so for now SwitchDesk runs on your Mac.
Can I keep personal to-dos separate?
Yes. Categories you don’t share stay private. In Settings → Teams: “Categories you toggle on are visible to teammates. Untoggled categories stay private.”

Your next call, with the follow-ups one click from your list.
