Joe, named in the transcript while you listen.

The call is transcribed live and nothing joins it: it’s Joe and you. When Joe says twelve seats, it’s on the record, so you can listen instead of typing.

Names come from Google Meet’s captions. On other call apps, lines are labeled “You” and “Them”.

Sales-call questions

More in Help →
Do prospects need to be told?
Yes. SwitchDesk doesn’t announce itself in the call, so tell people you’re recording. Laws vary by place.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Not directly: there’s no built-in CRM app. On Pro, a Zapier, Make or n8n webhook can send each call’s notes on to your CRM. Set it up in Settings → Meeting exports.
How many hours do I get?
Essential includes 25 hours of meeting notes a month, about 50 half-hour calls. Pro has no cap.
Is there an Ask quota?
Asking about one call is unlimited. Asking across all your meetings is 15 questions a month on Essential.
