A note to Joe before the call, dictated into Mail.

Hold Globe, talk, let go. The words land where your cursor is, and in Mail “App-aware modes” lay them out as an email.

Dictation is English only and needs a connection.

Wednesday, 2:09 PM: a plain compose card to Joe Raman with the dictated note pasted in, and the dictation pill.
A message compose card to Joe Raman: Hi Joe, quick one before we start: could you bring the support team's headcount numbers?.

The Lumora call, recorded under Lumora.

Nothing joins the call: it’s Joe and you. The meeting is filed under Lumora, with your notes and the transcript inside it.

SwitchDesk doesn’t announce itself in the call, so tell people you’re recording. Laws vary by place.

Wednesday, 2:26 PM: a call window with two people, Joe Raman and Sam Rivera, the notepad with the live transcript, and the recording pill.

The SwitchDesk meeting notepad in the Black scheme during the Lumora kickoff call: your notes (Pilot: 12 seats, support team; Starts next month; Send revised proposal (Thu)) above live captions — Joe: “We'd want twelve seats to start, for the support team, starting next month.” Joe: “If the pilot goes well, we'd roll it out to all forty agents. Can you share the pilot pricing before then?” You: “Great — I'll send the revised proposal by Thursday.”.

The notepad's Ask panel during the call: "What did Joe say about seats?" — answered "Twelve seats to start, for the support team, starting next month — and all forty agents if the pilot goes well."

The follow-ups land under their client.

Click “Add all” and the Lumora follow-ups are filed under Lumora. A category’s bio tells SwitchDesk what belongs there. The SSO walkthrough for Marlow & Finch is a link: press “Copy Link” to try it.

I built SwitchDesk for days full of calls.

Make each client a category and a call’s follow-ups land under it, with nothing copied between apps. It’s new, so here’s what’s shipped instead of logos.

Consultant questions

More in Help →
Can I keep personal and client to-dos apart?
Yes. Each client is a category, and Personal stays its own. A category’s bio tells SwitchDesk what to file there.
Can I send exports per client?
Yes, with a webhook per category on Pro. Set them up in Settings → Meeting exports.
Does it track billable hours?
No. There are timers and a stopwatch, but no timesheets. Recap lists what you did.

Your next client call, filed under the client.
