How to give Meta Muse access to your calls
Muse adds tools by building them. Give it SwitchDesk’s docs link and a key, and the connector it writes can search your calls, read the notes and action items, and turn them into to-dos. SwitchDesk records the calls on your Mac, with no bot in the meeting.

Why give Muse your calls
Muse already knows your day. With your calls connected, it also knows what was said on them, so it can brief you before the next one.
What to ask Muse
“What did I promise on today’s calls?”
ReadsReads today’s action items.
“Remind me what Joe wanted before my next call with him.”
ReadsSearches your calls with Joe and sums up the last one.
“Find the call where we talked about the pilot and sum it up.”
ReadsSearches your calls and reads the one it finds.
“Add the follow-ups from that call to my list.”
ChangesAdds them to your SwitchDesk list, or sends them as one card to approve.

Meta Muse
Ask about a call
Start with something you can check, like “What did I promise on today’s calls?”
Meta doesn’t review the connectors Muse writes. SwitchDesk doesn’t rely on it behaving: the key carries the access you picked, and our server checks it on every call.
Want exact words? Tick “Include full transcripts” in the same place. SwitchDesk warns: “Other people’s exact words.” Then give Muse Full control, or switch Transcripts on in Fine-tune. Summaries, action items and your own notes don’t need it.
What Muse can and can’t see
| From your calls | Muse |
|---|---|
| Summaries and action items | Yes, once you share your calls |
| Your own notes from the call | Yes |
| Search across every shared call | Yes |
| Full transcripts | Only with “Include full transcripts” and Full control |
| The audio | Never |
| Calls marked “Never share this call” | Never |
| Editing or deleting your notes | Never |
Every call Muse makes shows up in Activity on your Mac. Revoke ends the connection at once.
Which calls work
Any call whose audio plays through your Mac: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, in the browser or the app. SwitchDesk records your voice and theirs on separate tracks, so there’s no bot in the participant list. On Google Meet in Chrome, it also names who said what. How SwitchDesk records calls.
